This Privacy Policy explains how SpotReel AI ("SpotReel AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you access or use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using SpotReel AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the related Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Service.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. Aggregated, de-identified, technical, or usage information that cannot identify an individual is not treated as Personal Information and may be used or shared as permitted by applicable law.

1. Scope of Information Covered

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This may include account-related information you provide, technical information generated by your device or use of the Service, and images or videos that you choose to upload for AI content generation.

We do not access your camera, photo album, files, or similar device resources unless you have first granted permission through your device or app settings. You may withdraw those permissions at any time through the relevant system settings.

2. Account and Login Information

• If certain sharing or account-based features are available, you may need to log in before using those features.
• When you sign in through Facebook, Apple ID, Google, or another supported third-party account, we may receive information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, username, social account information, and other registration details.
• Login data retained by us will be deleted when your account is deleted, subject to legal retention obligations and technical limitations described in this Policy.
• You may request account or related data deletion at any time. Further details are set out in Section 13, "Account and Data Deletion."

3. Device, Log, and Technical Data

When you use the Service, certain technical records may be created automatically to support service operation, diagnose issues, prevent fraud, and maintain security. These records may include:

• Log data: interaction records, app navigation events, IP address, access date and time, device attributes, and cookie-related technical records.
• Device information: device type, device model, operating system, app version, language and region settings, network access type, and similar diagnostic details.
• Performance data: crash logs, error reports, diagnostic analysis, and app interaction behavior used to improve stability and troubleshoot failures.

The purpose of collecting this technical information is limited to service security, stable operation, performance optimization, and fault analysis.

4. Uploaded Photos, Videos, and Service Data

• To generate AI image or video results, you must provide the source photo, video, or other material needed for the selected function. We request access to your photo album or files only when required by the feature and only after your authorization.
• AI processing depends on network connectivity and server-side processing. Uploaded images or videos are transmitted to our servers through encrypted channels using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or comparable transmission protection.
• Your uploaded photos and videos are used only to complete the AI generation task you request. After the task is finished, these source materials are irreversibly deleted. They are not used for AI model training, model optimization, or transfer to third-party platforms.
• Please save generated results promptly. Generated content may be automatically deleted by the system within 48 hours after the generation task is completed and may not be recoverable after deletion.

5. Processing of Image, Face, Body, and Video Features

Depending on the technical requirements of a selected model, uploaded images or videos may be processed to detect body contours, facial regions, facial features, skeletal keypoints such as the head, neck, shoulders, torso, and wrists, and clothing categories or wearing status. This detection is performed only to generate the AI output requested by you.

• Detection data is temporarily cached in server memory only during task processing and generation.
• Facial keypoint coordinates and related derivative data are not collected unless you have first authorized access to the relevant photo, video, or gallery material.
• We apply security controls to such detection data that meet or exceed the standards used for other sensitive information such as email addresses and login data.
• We do not use facial features, skeletal keypoints, body detection data, or related derivative data to identify or verify individuals.
• We do not create biometric identifiers or personalized user profiles from the detection data.
• All detection data is used only to create the AI output requested by the user and is deleted after processing is complete.
• After deletion, we do not retain copies of the original uploaded photos or videos after the generation task cycle ends.

6. Cookies and Third-Party Login

• When you use Google login or another third-party authentication service, you may be redirected to that provider's authentication page.
• To maintain session continuity and complete authentication, that provider may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.
• SpotReel AI does not actively use cookies for advertising, cross-app tracking, behavioral statistics, or user profiling, and we do not actively obtain or retain cookies generated by third-party login providers.
• SpotReel AI does not use cookies to track users across apps or websites.

7. App Tracking Transparency Disclosure

SpotReel AI follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Where required, we may request your permission before third-party services access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for purposes such as ad performance measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, or personalized content delivery.

• You may choose "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track." Your choice will not block access to the app's core functional modules.
• If you grant permission, partner services may collect device-level identifiers, installation lifecycle data, user behavior event data, basic device attributes, and interaction or business performance data.
• Tracking-related data is used only for advertising measurement and attribution, fraud detection, app installation channel analysis, and marketing delivery optimization.
• We do not use tracking data for personal identity verification and do not build behavioral profiles based on tracking data.
• You may change tracking permission at any time through iOS Settings - Privacy - Tracking - SpotReel AI.

8. How We Use Personal Information and Service Data

Personal Information and Service Data are used only for purposes directly related to operating and improving the Service, including:

• communicating with you through official channels;
• receiving, fulfilling, and processing service requests and transactions;
• optimizing user experience and improving app functions;
• providing customized services or product content;
• supporting product research and service system construction;
• other reasonable purposes directly related to the operation of SpotReel AI.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share Personal Information or non-personal information with companies or organizations that provide services to us, such as data management, storage, web hosting, analytics, advertising support, or other operational assistance. We require such providers to handle information only within the authorized scope and in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

We may share de-identified log data with third parties to support relevant advertising or product promotion, subject to applicable law and partner privacy rules. We will not disclose your Personal Information except where:

• you or your authorized representative have given explicit consent;
• disclosure is required by state, federal, municipal, or other applicable law;
• disclosure is required by a valid search warrant, subpoena, court order, or comparable legal process.

Except for content that you actively share through SpotReel AI or a third-party service, we do not disclose your uploaded images or videos to any entity.

11. Security

We use security technologies and protective policies intended to prevent unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, alteration, or loss of privacy information. As technology evolves, we will continue to optimize these safeguards. However, no security system can guarantee complete protection against all third-party attacks or unauthorized intrusions.

If you set an account password or use third-party login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials. Please notify us immediately through official channels if you suspect account misuse or unauthorized access.

12. Access, Correction, and Privacy Choices

We respect your control over your Personal Information. You may update, modify, or adjust privacy preferences through the available functions of the Service where supported. 13. Account and Data Deletion

• You may submit an account deletion request through the "About" module in the Mobile App. After deletion, account-related content and data will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws and cannot be recovered.
• If you linked Facebook, Apple ID, Google, or another third-party account, you may terminate future information sharing by managing the app connection in that provider's account settings. Unbinding stops future sharing but does not automatically delete Personal Information already stored by SpotReel AI.
• If you cannot access your account because of a forgotten password, lost device, or similar issue, contact us at [email protected]. We will process the request after verifying your identity.

14. Refund Policy for Apple App Store In-App Purchases

Before requesting a refund through the Apple Support app, Apple's official website, support.apple.com, reportaproblem.apple.com, or Apple's hotline, please confirm whether the in-app purchase item meets Apple's official refund eligibility requirements.

All refund requests for Apple App Store in-app purchases are reviewed and processed under Apple's standard refund procedures and official terms. Refund approval is determined by Apple Inc.

15. Your Privacy Rights

You may have the right to request a copy of your Personal Information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data no longer needed for processing, restriction of processing, or receipt of data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Where applicable, you may also request that such data be transferred to another data controller.

In certain circumstances, especially where processing is not required for contractual or legal reasons or is used for direct marketing, you may object to the processing of your Personal Information. Some requests may be limited by law, such as when fulfilling the request would disclose another person's information or require deletion of information we are legally required or have a legitimate interest to retain.

16. Children's Privacy

If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the Service. We recommend that guardians read this Privacy Policy carefully and guide minors before they submit any Personal Information.

SpotReel AI complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and respects children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13, and we do not intentionally provide registration channels for that age group. If we learn that Personal Information from a child under 13 has been collected without guardian consent, we will promptly begin deletion procedures.
